VM Pro 2
VMPro2 offers you a quick and inexpensive route to producing photo Identity cards using any ink jet printer. With a badge designer included you can insert custom backgrounds and logos for your badge. VMPro2 even provides a way to personalise swipe and proximity access control cards using our ProxSecure badge solution.
Visitor Management
Every organisation has visitors and contractors on their premises. With VMPro2 in place you can easily record who they are, where they are from, who they are seeing and what time they arrive and leave. You can even add their photo using any Windows streaming video source.
VMPro2 is Windows networked as standard allowing hosts from their desk to pre-notify reception of future visitors. Fire wardens can also have access to the system and produce an emergency panic list report of visitors on site.
With VMPro 2s bar code scanner you can further automate the booking in and out process.
Membership Management
Whether your membership requirements are just producing badges or you want to monitor what members are using your facilities at what times and frequency, VMPro2 is the ideal tool.
Our Active Badges screen shows all of your members, when they joined, when their badge/ membership expires. You can search and filter this list into any order you wish. You can even set membership levels.
When you select a members record, you can add notes, copy their address details and paste into letters or using the badge and report designer send a personalised letter to all members.
Identity Badge Production
Whether you are wanting to just produce Identities for staff, members, contractors etc. VMPro2 provides a quick and easy solution through its Active Badges creation tab, where a record of all badges created is logged. You can further personalise the badge style with our VM-Badge designer, which is also included.

VMPro2 is split into four main screens:

Current Showing which visitors are currently in.
- Future Showing any pre-booked visitors, whom they are to see and when they are due to arrive.
- History Listing all visits in/out- movements, date/time stamped.
- Active Badges Which displays your entire visitor / staff badges that are valid.
Each of these screens can be easily customised to show information sorted by any of the columns; you can also move the columns into any order you require.
As VMPro2 is fully Windows networked, with up to 20 simultaneously connected users, hosts can enter their own visitors directly into the system, which automatically updates reception.
Reception can then either have the badge ready and waiting for when the visitor arrives or print it with just a few clicks of the mouse while contacting the host. VMPro2 can easily cope with multiple receptions / buildings.
When you produce your visitor badge you can choose from a wide range of badges depending on how long your visitor is going to be on site.
DaySecure Badges These are great for use up to one month, for visitors, guests, delegates etc.
MultiCardSecure Extra durable dual laminated badges great for staff ids, temp staff, contractors and outdoor use.
ProxSecure Personalise any access control card with your staff / contractor / visitors details including photo and seal that image onto the card with its holographic laminate.
ParkingSecure Easily produce long lasting secure parking permits which affix to the inside of the vehicle windscreen using our windscreen peel able adhesive patch. Ideal for staff/contractors/ visitors.
In addition visitors can be scanned in and out via one of our bar code scanners for quick entry / exit. Security staff can also remotely scan any badge to verify that it is valid and have the option for a popup photo of the badge holder. And lots more
